1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription on GPL Premium ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

We distribute WordPress themes and plugins originally released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or compatible licenses. Under the GPL, the right to redistribute these works is legally protected. We provide a curated library, hosting, version tracking, and customer support — not the original software authors' updates or support.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions grant access to download files for the selected duration and within the daily download limit of your plan. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

• You may install downloaded files on websites you own or operate.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account.
• You may not use the Service to attempt to hack, scrape, or abuse.
• Excessive downloads from unusual IP patterns may result in account suspension.

5. No warranty

Files are provided as is. We do not warrant that any product will be free of bugs, malware, or compatibility issues. We recommend scanning all files before installation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 30 days.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with or without notice. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
