Our position

Every product listed on GPL Premium is, to the best of our knowledge, distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or a compatible license, which expressly permits redistribution. We do not knowingly host or distribute proprietary or unlicensed content.

Filing a takedown notice

If you are a rightsholder and believe a listing infringes your copyright (e.g. a proprietary product mislabeled as GPL, your modified bundle being distributed without compliance with GPL terms), please send a written notice including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the use is not authorized.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Submit via the contact page with subject line DMCA Takedown Notice. Complete notices are reviewed within 5 business days; valid claims result in removal.

Counter-notices

If your listing is removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice using the same contact channel.
